Room for thought, since they’ve filed for multiple LLCs. It should be interesting if the purchase of new leases fall under the existing LLC? You might be spot on in regards to Drlg/sell scenarios. Back in the day a company by the name of Hall-Houston did exactly that and became quite successful in regards to board members as well as stockholders.
