Full disclosure: $RETC is imminently increasing the A/S from 1B to 8B, but the new shares can’t hit the market for at least 6 months, as per the SEC rules and regulations. The increase was to make new acquisitions possible, one of which was a share for share swap with the company they acquired and another was paid for with PREFERRED shares of $RETC, not convertible notes or common stock. I think this is a nice sweetspot entry point for the price and timing. I’ve already taken a starter and continue to add more at or below $.0011
It might put some folks off, but I still feel the outstanding share count remains competitive and worthwhile. The PPS has been bobbing around the $.0008-$.0011 range for about a month now, while the company finalizes acquisitions and crafts PR updates. Their revenues are already showing massive increases, so trips could soon be a thing of the past.
