The way you wrote your original post I mis-understood it to read a secondary offering was imminent.

Wouldn't that be outstanding if we could bounce off 20 tomorrow.
Thank you so much for the clarity.

When do you a secondary offering Direct or public offering, Direct offering is for institutions and public offering is for the public, sort of speak, dilution. So if they sell shares into the market place, you as a shareholder will get diluted. They could do an offering whether direct or public for lets assume the share price blasted through $10.00 tomorrow and they did offering for $8.00 so essentially you got diluted if you paid $10.00 the stock will drop to around $8.00 or even lower because of panic selling, but eventually the stock will keep rising. They do that do raise money for corporate payrolls and clinical trials, FDA fees, etc...etc.... but end the end if you believe the science it shouldn't matter, cause the stock will go up at some point, definitely will take time, but it will probably to 20...30..... It all depends how much the market values their science and believes in it. The volume speaks for itself and after hours volume also speaks to what is going to happen tomorrow, now if no dilution this could potentially hit $20 tomorrow.
