This is true. Today was very strange. NASDAQ approval will happen after "the issuance" of shares and warrants. That translates to the completion of the offering which takes at least a day minimum. It was stated on this board that Rory was not happy with the pricing of the offering but came to an agreement with AGP within two hours. Whoever had this "inside" information and posted it, makes me wonder why. If it is true I can't figure out what it means. Will it not be a one day offering? Will it span several days to fill offers? Will the price, perhaps lower than Rory wanted, will the price be fixed or in a range? Stay tuned. There is no bad news here just thinking the pricing may not make everyone happy. I believe this explains why we did not get a better bounce off the lows today. GLTA and job well done Rory C.
