Nope other issues. Here is why min 3 years or more before can be Nasdaq. Standard No. 1: Earnings The company must have aggregate pre-tax earnings in the prior three years of at least $11 million, in the prior two years at least $2.2 million, and no single year in the prior three years can have a net loss. Since still loses they have to show profits starting in 2019 for 3 years. Also at 4.00 now saying worth over 20 million. How about they have year doing at least 1 million in sales first and show a profit. Like I said fact is way over valued.
