Right. Anyone who wants in before the uplist is already in. Some are waiting to get shares in the offering. Some others can't or won't buy UNTIL the stock is actually trading on NASDAQ. There is no urgency for new players.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
