I do see that GLED (Glendale Securities) is supporting or at least appears to be at the bid. They are not retail

VALX and OTCX are both on the offer and neither one of them is retail either

reading the filings I see most of the equity debt has a strike price of .40 so converting and selling lower than that is not really profitable unless there is an adjustment or some other % discount terms written into the loan term agreements

in other words... I don't have a clue

with this anemic volume I would doubt very seriously is there is financier selling going on... GLED, ARCA, and CFGN (all institutional sellers) are clearly out of the way on the offer

I have considered taking some down here but I have not pulled the trigger yet as the entire OTC Cannabis sector seems to be pretty lethargic... except a few outliers
