"unless additional financing is obtained" makes this strangely interesting still to me anyway that they mention it. Why put it in at all if not for a chance. Wow wouldn't that change things in a hurry...granted just a slight shot, but would be something and the ultimate last second reprieve...stranger things have happened....just sayin
