Was just thinking the EXACT thing about NXGWF / NGW. Funny you mention this...and the blueprint could be similar to countless takeover targets of the past in my opinion especially considering the US market is the "new frontier" of the pot industry. I say this because Canada beat them to the finish line for legalization haha.
