May open tomorrow in the .60's Will see what it does after that. A joint venture announcement would send the stock soaring. By law, the company is not allowed to mention how it is progressing on any joint venture talks. Considering the positive DEIS, they may be in talks with interested parties. People may say, well then, why did they need to raise money?

Talks take time. The money also puts us in a position of strength. We now have the ability to wait for a good offer and this may make potential partners decide that they had better make an acceptable offer now, rather than have someone else pull the rug out from under them.
