Thanks so much AZ, yes very puzzling indeed after 10 years of bankruptcy Lehman CT's are still tradeable. Although some brokers have restricted their trading in recent years. I do not think there many shares available, people have been grabbing them for a long time and noone wants to sell in my opinion.

My hope is they never knew if they would be able to pay Senior debt leaving it open. Maybe they got more money than they thought they could get and they could potentially be something left over for a new company spin off like WAMU??

Maybe wishful thinking but not selling a single LB CT share....
