Is there any way that they Can liquidate their shares without reporting the sale ???.

They would need to report by the 10th of the following month after the sale. So if they sold on April 3rd, they would need to report May 10th.

I don't see them selling though. Anshu stated that he intended on doing a RS on that other stock after he gets the value up enough to be able to uplist. At that point, I believe it won't hurt the share price for more than a week or two if that.

Here, he could have done the same thing before adding 17 bil to the outstanding. I think they plan on taking the hit along with shareholders, knowing that the deal is good enough to ride it out.

If you follow George Sharp (self proclaimed guardian of the OTC), he stated once that he has ridden out more than a few RS's in good companies and they eventually turned out good. I never have yet, but am sitting on one with 100k outstanding, in hopes of things playing out for the good.
