Where were all the board messages of pessimism and negativity within the past months? What’s changed with this stock sense the December 2018?

OTC Up Listing - Yes/in progress
Profitably - TBD

Will ABCO’s next report state an increase in revenues and profits -wait and see.

IMO this stock has better potential than the vast majority of the OTC-Pinks.
