If there’s no reason Tranche 5 can’t be completed then what’s the hold up?

As far as I have read THERE IS NO LEGAL date that can be found to make these scumbags distribute any funds that exist...

That means all you guys going back and forth over and over again, day in and day out, is meaningless BECAUSE unless there’s a LEGAL MECHANISM and END DATE for distribution then they could and likely will keep the money for years and years...

Does ANYONE know if there’s a date the HAVE to distribute funds because I couldn’t find it after spending the last 3 months looking at over a thousand documents with my top team of experts..
