People have to recognize that a merger is on the horizon. This has been in the works since 2017 and I have been acquiring shares after I read the MOU asset deal from 6/2017. Merging always begins within the board of directors as a top down process. They are the top link in the chain of command for the new leadership structure to resolve any ambiguity or uncertainty within the 2 companies. Nicosa has history with QSIM and tell me why he would tie his name to QSIM and jeopardize VIVK’s standing if QSIM was a shell or scam?
