And why do you assume that the judge who will be presiding will negate all previous precedence? It is their duty to inquire about it especially when a decision has been made with similar circumstance by a reputable and upstanding holder of the law?


And that the judge will not take previous incompetence and lack of timely filings into consideration as is the reason why DBMM is in the situation they are?
