Spoke w/Fidelity about this mess. He said a class- action law suit is probably the next step. My neighbor had fewer than 2 million shares of NPWZ and received a cash buyout in his Fidelity acct. The Rep I spoke with had no good explanation. He said the FTC would be another possibility but seemed more positive about a law suit.
