proto-the only way they do a co-development product agreement is if neither company can clinch a major deal with a Tier 1 on their own. More a possibility that both companies are acquired by a much larger company. I want LWLG to be acquired own it's own merits. I don't want to depend on another small company like POET to get us over the finish line.

Definitely against of merger of the two companies. It would not be a merger of equals.
