Is it likely that Les was stating that NWBO was not responsible for placing the final 31 patients on treatment and could only say what is in the trial protocol? Maybe NWBO was not told the final 31 were all put on treatment else it would ruin the blind. If this were done without NWBO's knowledge or consent, then Les would be correct in his statements re the final 31. Maybe for the sake of trial integrity he is trying to not draw attention to what many investors (and maybe NWBO) believe to be the case. He is not going to publicly guess at what happened to the last 31 especially if NWBO was out of the loop.
