both of zn's last 2 fundraisings have been poor times of the year to fundraise-and stock market was hurting badly end of dec due to the fed interest raises
yet zn has enough to carry them to May 31

yes-very much a shared vision- Israel is very aware of the support by ZN and its shareholders and usa .... and israel needs those things badly and is appreciative of that -which should bode well for future license considerations


follows p.f43 of 10k =part of work extension permit- oil discovery would change such program to a 30 year lease w option to add another 20 years to the 30 (in mexico leases-at least mining leases- are 50 years w option to extend another 50 years)
