QSIM gets $2.5 mil worth of stock each year of VIVK. QSIM also owns 11 mil warrants for 0.32 (VIVK currently over .50). QSIM also receives royalties for 10 years on the IP they sold to VIVK.


My thoughts are, we are in year 3 of the 2.5 mil a year deal. All debts are paid, and QSIM is coming back to life with 8 patents, millions in assets, no debt, and partnerships with VIVK and SA CASALE (huge chemical company in Switzerland)
