Heads Up...I just spoke with Jeff Roman President of Complete Auto. He said that the merger is still very much in play and that they are extremely anxious to get it done.

I told Jeff that while he doesn't run eCarfly he should clue them in that not answering their phone nor emails creates huge doubt among investors and sheads a negative light on all parties...he said "he understood." Complete Auto seems to really have their act together....can only hope that Jeff makes this happen and eventually runs the company.
