The WMI-LT was given enough Cash and Tax Refunds At WMI’s Plan 7 Reorganization to pay off all of WMI’s Plan Allowed Senior Creditor Debt’, ... it’s true function ...

But that’s not what the WMI-LT Did’ ... the WMI-LT continued the original 2009’ blocking and delaying mechanism with the use of a DCR, holding back the necessary funds to complete its true function, ... until 02/25/2019’ ...

The sooner we are rid of the restructuring component and WMI-LT personal ... ? ... The Better’
