Would think the ARMY CORE OF ENGINEERS would have SEEN that and MENTIONED IT if it were TRUE. IMO you have NO PROOF of a claim NAK is a SCAM. INVESTORS have a lot of RELIABLE DOCUMENTED SCIENTIFIC STUDIES INFO from RESPECTED RELIABLE SOURCES outside the company to base their decision on , and they ARE.
