So a question for you Watch, my limited knowledge on CUSIP only spans as far as...well here

From what I’ve read the CUSIP for Solaris is Bond related and not just stock.

In that link you will find some pros and cons for both, which makes me wonder, how does owning a bond fit with the Vert Plan?
