The reason for the increase in AS is stated in the fins...it is to cover the debt that they took on. Shares must be reserved in case they default on the payment and have to dilute in order to pay.
Tyson foods has an OS under 300M...
I won't be alive when VRUS market cap is in the billions...because that will never happen.
