let's set some reasonable expectation here. for example if we look at Tyson foods, it has a market cap of $18.93B and their yearly revenue is $10.19B

if we want to use very simple math, $18.93B divided by 10.19B = 1.86

for $VRUS to have a market cap of $7.5B, company would need to have at least $4B in revenue.

we know that even the A/S is 7.5B, CEO said, shares will be used for mergers and acquisitions, and to have wiggle room to avoid a hostile takeover.

As of today, we know that O/S is 1.5B and Garnock's shares are around 950M, so in total we have 2.5B O/S

Do the math: 2.5B shares x $0.xx PPS = $xxx Market Cap.

$xxx market cap divided by 1.86 = ~$xxx yearly revenue.
