Question here for anyone. In the regular court system, damages are awarded for things like "pain and suffering". is there any chance that the judge could award an additional payment for the damage done to the stock.
I say this because I was in this stock last fall and it was doing well, then all of a sudden it starts dropping. It looked like obvious dilution. I contacted Greg by email and he said he didnt know what was going on. I didnt believe him at the time. Now I see what was happening. Glad I bought back in when I did.
