Thank you for that excellent feedback Tarheel! The court system in America is filled with Judge's who's number 1 guiding principle is to follow the facts/evidence and rule with the most common sense possible according to the rule of law right!

So I for sure agree with your attorney's quick feedback and strongly suspect that EMA's foolishly going to try to claim bankruptcy due to how completely screwed the crystal clear facts/evidence prove they are...but they may learn the hard way that companies don't get to abuse the bankruptcy laws in weak/feeble efforts to run away from obvious nefarious illegal actions committed...so this whole thing isn't gonna end nicely for them...as they're the ones who foolishly opened this entire can of whoop azz on themselves for filing such a blatantly outrageous action in the 1st place and bringing this all onto themselves right!

The SEC's gonna be none to happy about the obvious serious securities violations EMA clearly committed...so VYST may be of secondary importance in their minds right now as to how much hot water they find themselves in now...but VYST as a full SEC Reporting Company had a duty to fight fire with fire the moment they figured out how EMA had been illegally filing over conversions with the old transfer agent, and time eventually exposes all and karma eventually catches up to everyone/everything right cheers!
