He can incorporate whatever co anywhere..if it's not a redomicile from the corporation in Nevada, it's not the same company. The corporation in Nevada ($LTNC) cant be redomiciled until the filings in Nevada are brought up to date.

Bottom line- theres 8b AS and the co is still a Nevada co. Period.
