This is my point exactly. The legal fees to date have to be in the millions.
So this legal firm taking the case on contingency had to be pretty darn sure of the outcome.
This case has been going on for a few years now and every one eventually wants to be paid. As I mentioned in my previous post the case has to come to a head pretty soon.

I haven’t a clue how much we are going to get but it seems pretty clear to me that a win is the only possibility
