If SHMP is going to discuss anything with the people they are supposedly meeting with in News Orleans that hasnt already been presented officially to their general public shareholders then they are would be passing along illegal insider information.
The fact of the matter is nobody knows if they are even meeting with anybody at all.
So the CFO in Bill Delgado goes to a party at his country club and doesnt attend at New Orleans is a bit of a puzzle.
There is no proof available either that their NEW SYSTEM is commercially or economically viable either.
