This is how I get feeling good about this case, the fact that if we were to lose this, Carter would have to pay the legal fees which will be in the millions.

I cannot understand that Carter would have started this case and talking to his lawyers without absolute possibility of winning.

The lawyers on a winning case will be paid on contingency. Our team of lawyers already know they will win the case. No way that Carter would have hired a team of lawyers billed by the hour. If that was the case can you imagine the fees that Carter would have to cough up out of his pockets.

Come on folks this case is in the bag.

We may go dark on Monday but we are not losing.
Just the fact that the lawyers took the case is a guarantee of a win
