Believe I know you as well. I'm not willing to go so far as to say scam with this one, but I don't think CEO has shown himself to be competent to run a profitable company. Thus he must dilute and RS, then repeat. The products don't seem to resell. Schlag be careful of this one. He needn't be a scam artist for shareholders to lose money.
