For one reason, waiting that long puts off getting into production right away and every day some company retains an inefficient biofloc system they are losing money.

Most interesting will see if they can move ahead with plans to open in NY and Las Vegas and expand their own faciltiies with partners from the get go, since these are plans that they've mentioned along with opening a hatchery and starting their test of their technology with a fish species.

And certainly, distribution deals may show up very fast as they do have an entire facility ready to stock and start weekly production in another 6 to 7 months.
