i've thought about it and decided at my age i would pull the pin sooner than $4.00. all i need is enough $$ so the wife can "gut" the house, throw out the new furniture, new carpets, and start over. that would allow me to visit new zealand and a couple other places without her knowing i'm gone. that way i wouldn't have to look at weird colored swatches and answer "what do you think?" and then hear "your no help" ah, the simple things. jmo
