Well technically "mgmt" owns very few.

Maggiore is the biggest individual stockholder who I would anticipate being an automatic for the BoD given he's on it. He's the only person I'd vote for. Outside of Maggiore the board and MGMT own fewer shares than I used to own myself. Most of their interest is warrants.

Of course we have the unusual situation where the CEO of the company isn't on the BoD, i.e. Dahl. I'm certain were he on the board the voting on him would be clear.

You might recall a recent shareholder vote where there weren't even enough shares voted to ratify the vote. Rice had to ask for more votes at the meeting. That's how badly MGMT has destroyed shareholder interest.

Bottom line is that shareholders have had to pay for Dahl to learn on the job for years. He hasn't improved in the least. One bumbling excuse after another. And now the capital structure is destroyed and most certainly a reverse split in the future.

My plan for selling the rest of my shares surrounded what I anticipated to be signing licensing deals for human ingredient and launch of poultry ingredient with Nutriquest figuring that would get the biggest play and possibly a move up in the stock. But as Dahl keeps bungling this process and he's not signed any human licensees beyond his buddies ..... Looks like I'll likely be gradually working my way out of the rest of what I have.

Sad really ..... Doesn't look like this company will ever produce without further destroying shareholders.

Dahl has been around ZIVO since the end of 2011. It's 2019 and still nothing. When is enough ... Enough ? Shareholders have already thrown in the towel and cried UNCLE.

I'll give Dahl one thing, at least this time he seems to have been transparent with what's going on even though it makes him look bad again. Maybe a result of other shareholders blasting away on him lately ... I dunno cause I don't spend any time on this name any more.
