It's proxy time. Anyone who votes for this BoD needs to have their head examined.



Problem is...the largest shareholders running the show (aka- those praying to get SOMETHING/ANYTHING out of their multi-year, multi-million dollar investment) out vote all the rest of the votes at this point. So everyone else's vote is 'window dressing' only at this point.

The sheer incompetence of this management team to deliver on basic business fundamentals, repeatedly, is mind-numbing.

By this time next year, we'll be in the same place with an O/S approaching 1.5 billion...mark my words.
