We have experienced significant cumulative operating losses since our inception. Our operating loss for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2018, 2017, and 2016 were $9.0 million, $8.6 million, and $9.9 million, respectively.
We had an accumulated deficit of approximately $252.8 million at December
31, 2018, and approximately $245.4 million at December 31, 2017.
We anticipate that we may continue to incur operating losses for the foreseeable future.
Consequently, it is possible that we may never achieve positive earnings and, if we do achieve positive earnings, we may not be able to achieve
them on a sustainable basis.
