I WISH ONE THING would happen rather soon:
Someone or an institution sue DPW Holdings (which owns MicroPhase) & chiefly its Chief Executive Crook Mr. Todd Ault III in a CLass.Action lawsuits, to smitherins, stopp the bleeding at MicroPhase & solate Amplitech from this DPW Holdings mess.

Iam quite angry and watchign closely for class.action suits, so far none vs. DPW Holdings, although vs. GE & MAXR there were promptly numerous class.actions of which Iam maybe a member to receive compensation (even 70% recovery after 30$ attorney fee is good enough).

WHo's hurting Amplitech? - not really MicroPhase but DPW Holdings which holds MicroPhase, Mr. Todd Ault II to prison!
And don't touch Mr. AMos - that CEO of actual/original DPW Defense Electronics (Digital Power corp) is a fine man, engineer, hinest. Todd Ault is the one who corrupted everythign with his scheming, datign back to 1990's, he was already investigated, he is the man behind DPW -->MicroPhase failure b/c he dumped bulk of assets into BITCOIN MINING oeprations, & purchased a hydropower dam just to supply electricity for this charade
