SIFI means ridiculously high capital levels. High capital levels means significant dilution will be required to raise the necessary capital, making existing Common shares even less valuable.

Those poor Lemmings don't know what's about to hit them. They'll learn soon enough. Can't say I didn't try to warn those poor bastards.
