The Average Joe Lemmings over at $FNMA are going to be in store for a BIG surprise. Once the Admin announces the Moelis plan and the Jr. Preferreds vote for the 40:1 Conversion Terms (40 Commons for every $25 JPS, and 80 Commons for every $50 JPS), it's pretty much game over for the Average Joe's.
I wonder how many over-invested in Commons and will be forced into Bankruptcy, Divorce, and possibly even worse. What a sad conclusion to their story it will be.
But as they say, "A sucker's born every minute." And that's certainly the case for the Average Joe's.
