Besides the financials seeming decent for the quarter this note in the management report stands out to me.

The Company is in discussions to develop a Big Screen Roku Channel and Big Screen Streaming App for content.

The Company is in talks to bring a President of Acquisition and Development to the Company to help develop and acquire more content.

This is great news IMO developing their own platform to distribute content is the right way to do this in todays entertainment industry. Get enough content and market it right BSEG could start taking market share from Netflix, Amazon, Hulu etc. Wouldn't be overnight obviously however, also could make BSEG a takeover target down the road.
