At least his credentials help provide some clout the company needs. Hopefully they can right the ship but KAM has been spot on. The problem solving principle Occom's Razor comes to mind. It states, "Occam's razor is the problem-solving principle that the simplest solution tends to be the right one. When presented with competing hypotheses to solve a problem, one should select the solution with the fewest assumptions. The idea is attributed to William of Ockham, who was an English Franciscan friar, scholastic philosopher, and theologian."
