In Canada you cannot have a company with 'Mining' in its name unless it is actually mining.

ACRL is mining nothing, doesn't have a mineral deposit and it ACRL tries to get its CTO lifted it would be obliged to delete any all ,'mining', words in their title.

In the US there is no such restriction on the word.
