As far as the latest filings read they aim to have everything fully resolved by September, there can not be any dilution until things are resolved. should be a solid run up going into the resolution of things. The ticker symbol alone should draw a nice crowd once people realize they intend on fixing their current filing status and business model. There is way to much opportunity in the vaping field right now for them not to be able to capatilize on the emerging market!
