You know emotions are weird.

When I invested in MVTG, I went in it knowing full well that I might lose every cent I put in.
When Larry Kristof failed it was oh well, he gave it a hardy try, lets look for the next one.

When Ponder took over it was different. He was an established CEO with what appeared to be an upstanding pedigree. I brought more stock not for the direction the company was now going in but for putting faith in what I thought was a class act(silly me).

My personal feeling, with Kristof was try but fail, but with Ponder and crew it was I was planning on screwing all your shareholders from the beginning. It's funny, but I feel betrayed.

I am not concern with SEC rewards, if and I say if because I am only speculating, Ponder and crew did set out to screw us all while they enriched themselves, then I hope they receive the punishment they deserve.
