Very simply ICLD is SGSI.


How would Sgsi benefit by propping up ICLD?



The only one that benefited from the creation of SGSI is ICLD and the SGSI management Ponder, Hayter and IR Sands (all former associates of ICLD).

SGSI gots rid of ICLD debt, the drain of ICLD's subsidiaries overhead and added millions of dollars of cash to ICLD.

Wavetech gets rid of SGSI.

The perfect murder of SGSI shareholders.
