I am trying to impress on the readers that all the posts, including my own, are but opinions such that none should be taken as fact.

The readers can, of course, and will utilise these diverse opinions in a process by which they form their own opinions/investing policy but that decision is based on their own Due Diligence arrived at examining the diverse opinions.

That's the advantage of having a thread sch as IHub where ideas can be expressed and discussed.
