This should have been enough to start the law suits flying right here, especially after the 200:1 R/S cut the share price 95% in one trading day.

Leadership should have resigned right then. Instead they handed out 6 times the R/S OS like candy to insiders.

Plus the same filing for another 1.5 mil free shares to Keith

It was becoming obvious then that insiders did not care one damn bit about shareholders.
